The Soft Revolution
You've spent long enough fighting.
Â
AÂ gentle 21-day devotional that helps you build a kinder relationship with yourself.
Return to Yourself
Â
Â
When life has taught you to stay busy.
To stay strong.
To keep pushing through.
To strive for more.
To keep giving, even when your own cup is empty...
It becomes difficult to hear the quiet wisdom of your own heart.
Heart Over Hustle is an invitation to slow down.
To reconnect with yourself.
To remember that healing isn't about fixing yourself—it's about remembering who you've always been beneath the survival.
Healing allows you to reclaim your freedom and joy, to fall in love with life again.Â
In 15–30 minutes a day, you'll be gently guided through simple teachings and practices that help you cultivate greater presence, self-trust, and inner safety—one day at a time.
No pressure. No perfection. Just one small step home, each day.Â

Â
The purpose of these 21 days is to build a different relationship with yourself—
One rooted in safety instead of fear.
Curiosity instead of judgment.
Presence instead of pressure.
Heart instead of hustle.
As you create greater safety within yourself, everything begins to shift.
You respond instead of react.
You listen instead of override.
You trust instead of control.
You create instead of simply survive.
Because when your relationship with yourself changes...
Everything else begins to change alongside it.
You begin feeling excited to wake up, excited to be alive.Â
Laugh more freely.
Rest more deeply.
Love more openly.
Meet life with wonder again.
Come home to yourself.Â
The Journey
Â
Over three gentle weeks, we'll explore three natural stages of healing.
Week One
Creating Safety
Understand the survival patterns your mind and body developed to protect you.
Instead of judging them, you'll learn to meet them with compassion while beginning to create greater safety within yourself.
Week Two
Rebuilding Self-Trust
Reconnect with your heart.
Practice responding instead of reacting.
Strengthen your ability to hear your own inner wisdom and make choices that feel aligned with who you truly are.
Week Three
Living From Your Heart
Begin integrating everything you've practiced into everyday life.
Rather than asking,
"How do I survive this?"
You'll begin asking,
"How do I want to live?"
Each day in about 15–30 minutes, you’ll move through an intentionally structured and progressional framework.
You won’t be floating in vague inspiration or spiritual philosophy.
You’ll be walking a clear arc. Mind - Body - Soul. Past. Present. Future.
This isn't simply about feeling calmer.
It's about becoming internally free—free from unconscious survival patterns, free to trust yourself deeply, and free to consciously create a life aligned with your heart's desire
Below are the daily topics we'll practice.
What You'll Learn
Â
Throughout the journey you'll gently develop the skills that support lasting inner change.
You'll practice...
• creating safety within your nervous system
• recognizing survival patterns with compassion
• regulating overwhelming emotions
• responding intentionally instead of reacting automatically
• trusting your intuition
• making decisions that honor your values
• staying present with yourself
• cultivating a more loving relationship with your own mind, body, and heart
These aren't skills you master in 21 days.
They're practices you'll continue returning to long after the journey ends.
What Support Looks Like
Â
Heart Over Hustle is completely self-paced.
Each day you'll receive a new email containing a short teaching and guided practice that takes about 15–30 minutes.
You'll also receive:
- Access to our private Heart Over Hustle WhatsApp community, where you can connect with others, ask questions, and celebrate your journey.
- Live community Q&A calls twice each month, offering ongoing support and a space to deepen your practice beyond the 21 days.Â
Welcome to the Heart Over Hustle community. đź’—
There is no falling behind or catching up
No getting it wrong.
No perfect pace.
Only your way.
Imagine Beginning to Notice...
Not becoming a completely different person.Simply relating to yourself differently.
- You pause before reacting.
- You notice anxious thoughts without immediately believing them.
- You recognize an old pattern—and choose something kinder.
- You feel more at home in your body.
- You smile more easily, laugh a little more often.
- You trust yourself a little more than you did yesterday.
- You start falling in love with life again.
You stop asking,"What's wrong with me?"
and begin asking,"What do I need?"
Your inner world becomes a place you enjoy returning to.
Not because everything suddenly became perfect.
But because your relationship with yourself became softer.
Ready to soften?
Hi!
I'M RENATA.
Â
I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you are beneath the survival—and slowly falling in love with yourself and your life again.
For most of my life, I believed a peaceful, joyful life was something reserved for other people. It certainly didn't feel like my experience.
I learned to work really hard. To keep pushing. To overthink, over-achieve, over-give. To care for everyone else before caring for myself. From the outside, I looked capable, strong, successful.
Inside, I was exhausted from carrying the weight of survival.
Like many of us, life eventually invited me into a series of dark nights of the soul.
The grief of losing my Mother and my beloved dog Echo
The heartbreak of divorce
The weight and hardship of financial ruinÂ
My life and my identity completely unraveled.Â
After years of searching for healing, I began to discover something simple:
Healing doesn't happen through force.
It happens through safety and trust.
Little by little, I stopped trying to become a better version of myself and started remembering the person I had always been beneath the layers of scarcity, fear, doubt, and unworthiness that I inherited.
That journey changed everything - for the better.
I don't believe your life needs to fall apart in order for you to come home to yourself. But if it has, I want you to know there's beauty waiting on the other side of that unraveling.
My work weaves together neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, somatic healing, intuition, and my own lived experience—not because I believe there's one right way to heal, but because I've learned that every path ultimately leads us back to ourselves - back to love and joy.Â
As an ICF-certified Mental Health Coach, Reiki Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, and intuitive channel, I create spaces where people can soften, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and remember that there was never anything wrong with them in the first place.
Outside of this work, I'm a traveler, a lover of meaningful connections, and the slow, quiet moments that remind us how miraculous it is to be alive.Â
If you're here, I have a feeling some part of you is already remembering.
And if that's true, I'd be honored to walk beside you as you continue the journey home.
If you'd like to connect before beginning this journey—or if you're reaching out about a collaboration—I would love to meet you. You're warmly invited to schedule a conversation below.
